The Eta Lambda Chapter of Gamma Theta Upsilon, the International Geographic Honor Society, will host a lecture on 10 September in Mendel 154, beginning at 2:45 p.m., featuring LTC Steven Oluic, PhD, Associate Professor and Assistant Dean for Strategy and Policy, United States Military Academy.
Lieutenant Colonel Oluic will present a lecture titled, “The U.S. Balkan Muslim Diaspora—A Security Risk?” LTC Oluic is an expert in the field. He has lectured for the U.S. Department of State and has held training sessions for the Federal Bureau of Investigation on this and related issues. A reception will follow in Mendel 103. All interested students, staff, and faculty are invited to attend.
